CakePHP + phpBB integration - http://cakeforge.org/projects/cakephpbb/

I have extensive C/SQL, not C++, not web GUI design. My daily works are
on DB stuff.

Just wondering any usable PHP download for internal ticketing system.

What kind of ticketing system are you looking for? There are a lot of
different types.

My users can open a trouble ticket, email to the group, new support case
is opened. It is similar to PHPBB I think. And it would be great, it can
do the text pre-sort, so easy to find revelant cases.

By the way, what is the trick of search function in PHPBB?
Is it based on MySQL text search?

No, PHPBB is a forum. What you need is a bug tracker. I use Bugzilla,
but there are several other good ones.

And yes, PHPBB's search facility is based on searching the MySQL database.

Wow, lovely. I will take a look, I do need the search engine on MySQL
side. Any pointers on using any of them to create MySQL usages for DB
benchmarking, such as Insert/Update/Delete/Exec SP?
